Q&A On Taking Ganoderma Lingzhi And Pollen-Part One (1):
Strongly recommend that you should start taking Shuang Hor range of products for health maintenance;
(A) What Products To Take ?
(1) I would like to propose Yung Kien Ganoderma & Yung Kien Pollen as a start.
(2) Ganoderma is a unique "functional" health food which has both medical and healing functions, whereas;
(3) Pollen is a natural "nutritional" food supplement like vitamin, mineral etc, which is necessary to maintain bodily good health.
(4) It is always recommended that Ganoderma(Lingzhi) be taken together with Pollen for optimum results.
(5) Ganoderma is synonymous to a Car Mechanic whose job is to REPAIR the car, and Pollen is like lubricants and spare parts necessary to MAINTAIN the smooth running of the car. So both products are needed to be taken together.
(B) How To Take ?

(3) For those who already have some kind of known ailments like high blood pressure, diabetes, gout, liver problem, hormone and menstrual problems etc, it is generally recommended to take 4 capsules YK Ganoderma + 10 YK Pollen, take THREE times a day and maintain this amount for at least first four months .
(3) For severe cases like SLE, Cancer ailments etc, the dosage will have to be increased significantly to complement medical treatment.
(C) How To Consume Cheaper ?
(1). Just pay only RM26 to join in as a member, you can purchase products at member price. The saving is more than enough to cover the member's fee of RM26.
(2). Purchase certain quantity within a month period so that you are entitled to further bonus which will be remitted to you as cash.
